Sebina pursued higher education at the Multimedia University of Malaysia, earning an Honours Degree in International Business. During her time there, she began exploring her musical talents, leading to the release of her debut single, “Loves Light,” inspired by the song “Tselane” by BLK JKS. This marked the inception of her professional music career.

In 2016, Sebina released her six-track EP titled Neo, which showcases a blend of soul, R&B, African rhythms, and nostalgic elements. The lead single, “Black Butterfly,” is a song about freedom and self-discovery, accompanied by a visually captivating music video featuring scenic outdoor shots and a ballerina, symbolizing transformation.
